I Have a New Hobby!

I have a new hobby, although Peter says I need to have done more than one or two for it to qualify as a hobby, words that he may well regret, as I’m now onto my second (a Golden Goddess), and I’m already eyeing up the third. I find it incredibly relaxing, not to mention mindful, and it only takes me a couple of minutes to set myself up on the couch of an evening. My challenge is, knowing when to call it a night. Peter’s challenge will be finding them all over the house…

I am of course, talking about Diamond Art. I’m in love! And I’m in awe of the brilliant person who came up with the concept. It’s kind of like ‘paint by numbers’ but way cooler. My parents both did paint by numbers back in the day, and I’m sure they would have loved these.

My first attempt was an Angel, which I’m secretly a little proud of, because unlike my parents, I’m not really a crafty person. It’s not that I don’t like doing crafts, it’s just that I’m not very good at it. My thing is more ‘creating spaces’, hence Inspire Me…

I’m really proud of our range, which is growing all the time, with more still, on the way. I’m trying to make sure we’ve got something for everyone, and we’ve got small kits for kids on the way.
