Inspire Me Ltd does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site.

ORDERING GOODS & SERVICES
Placing an order on our website is done by adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order e.g. entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step is a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you can print as a receipt.
The name that will appear on this page will be Inspire Me Ltd. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received and accepted your order. Payment will be taken as soon as we accept your order.
REFUSING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
In the event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, have been placed fraudulently. While we do our best to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

Lay-by is available in-store only and the following conditions apply…
Minimum 10% deposit Fortnightly payments required. These can be made in-store, via internet banking, credit card payments over the phone Total Lay-by term is 2 months, unless arranged otherwise with the Manager. If no payment has been received after three weeks, we will contact you by phone, and if no payment has been received after a further two weeks the Lay-by will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $10 to cover the cost of storage, processing and any loss in retail value.
Inspire Me Ltd is a New Zealand business and all prices listed on www.inspiremeonline.co.nz are in NZ dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our website at any time for any reason.

DELIVERY & DELIVERY CHARGES
We only deliver to New Zealand addresses at this time. Please be aware that a signature is required for all deliveries.The goods become the property and responsibility of the Recipient once they have been signed for at the time of delivery.If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will use this delivery information to make a claim with our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from our courier company that delivery was not successful. For more information please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Deliveries to rural addresses may take longer than other deliveries. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package. You can track your order by entering the tracking number emailed to you in the dispatch email.
