Birthday Fun at Taking Shape!

Today was the start of my weekend, and I’ve really been looking forward to it, as I had Birthday money to spend.

I already knew where I was going to spend it, and I enjoyed a wonderful hour or so at one of my favourite shops TAKING SHAPE.

Ferne came with me to help with the decision making and Robyn and Carina were wonderfully helpful, as always.

If you haven’t already discovered Taking Shape, next to Nood, in Church Street, I really recommend it; not only for the gorgeous range of clothes they have, but also for the excellent customer service. Robyn and Carina are always so friendly and helpful, and they’re good for a laugh too.

I gathered an armful of clothes to try on, and then came decision time. It was really challenging as I liked them all, but I had a Birthday Budget to ‘try’ and stick to. I have to admit that I didn’t do a very good job of that, but Peter was a good sport about it.

In the end, I managed to reduce it down to 3 garments, and you can see in the group pic that I’m wearing the pink sweater, but any guesses as to which of the others I chose???
