Free and unscripted movement to music chosen to reflect the current collective energy.

Doors open from 5:30pm for a tea and chat, occasionally a card, and we move from 6pm.

Release all resistance and move how your body wants to move. Work through anything, inspiration or blockage, or just dance for the sheer joy of it. You choose the moves.

After we close, we will sometimes share what emerged during the session.
