Erin is a Reiki Master and Teacher, who has been practising for nearly 30 years. After receiving an incredible healing experience first-hand she knew she had to train in Reiki to be able to bring it to the world around her. She is still just as passionate about that today as she was in the beginning.
Reiki is an incredibly gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works on all levels: the physical body, mental and emotional aspects, and spiritual. Reiki is an excellent method of dealing with those invisible wounds as well the physical ones. It is described as being perhaps the least invasive of any healing practice and is suitable for anyone, including expectant mothers, and children.

Aura and Chakra cleansing is a gentle process that can clear the dull or heavy energies that are absorbed in day to day life. Erin finishes each Reiki session with an ‘aura sweep’ which clears your energy field and smooths it out leaving you feeling fresh and recharged. However, you can also book a session that will focus on this balancing and cleansing only. This is a shorter time commitment as it does not include the full Reiki healing session.
Guided Meditations: these are forms of journey meditation where you can revisit an event or emotion and release it. You can find your inner bliss, or discover your blocks - and release them. Each one is as individual as your needs on the day.
Drum or crystal healing can be incorporated into your Reiki session, ask Erin about this when you book. Drum healing feels like gentle massage on the inside of your body and is a gentle energy therapy using a handmade shamanic drum.
Rune Readings available. Get some guidance from a reading using runes which bring remarkable insight to life's questions.
Therapeutic Hand Massage is a surprising and simple way to treat yourself (or someone else) and also receive healing on all levels. Erin uses AromaTouch techniques and essential oils, as well as bringing in guided healing and messages.
