As a Heart/Brain Coherence Coach, and Psych K Facilitator, I help people to not just understand, but to implement Coherence. I offer practical, evidence-based approaches that empower individuals to restore and repair their emotional and energetic health.
Services I offer:
Energy Coaching Level 1
An exporation of beliefs/energetic response and change
Energy Coaching Level 2
Includes Reiki; a journey through the energy centres/belief change/counselling/HeartBrain Coherence
Allow 1½ to 2 hours as we take a deeper dive into the energy centres and associated beliefs
Heart Brain Coherence
Education combined with applied learning and counselling
1:1 or mini or day workshops
Can include 'real time' measuring of Heart/Brain Coherence
Psych K
An Energy Psychology described as activating a 'whole brain' response for efficient and effective belief change, as endorsed by Dr Bruce Lipton.
Grief & Loss Support
As an End of Life Doula and trained Coherence Coach and Counsellor, I"m able to companion with people through their loss and grief. This includes partnering with other service providers to ensure that clients' needs are met as best as possible.
